Cashier Position at Our Sales Team

We're seeking a sociable and self-assured individual to join our Sales team. Do you possess a sales-oriented mindset and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service? Then this role might just be the perfect fit for you.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive, proactive demeanor and take pleasure in engaging with new individuals. You will actively communicate with customers in person every day to offer the top-notch service we are renowned for.

The right candidate will uphold outstanding customer service standards, handle sales transactions, and input orders into our system.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in customer service, preferably in a telesales setting
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication skills
  • Capable of interacting with customers over the phone in a warm and professional manner
  • Proficient in computer operations and familiar with Dynamics AX
  • Authorization to reside and work in the UK
  • Proficient in spoken English
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive, friendly, and solution-oriented personality
  • Comfortable handling cash in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge and experience in a customer-facing role
  • Computer literacy (including Microsoft Word and Excel)

Responsibilities:

  • Input orders for collection and delivery into the system
  • Identify sales prospects to expand current customer base
  • Drive sales by reaching out to potential customers
  • Provide prompt responses to inquiries with relevant details on products and services
  • Engage with customers and process sales transactions swiftly, accurately, and efficiently
