Our client takes a meticulous and attentive approach to debt collection, providing a complete service including debt recovery, tracing, credit reporting, and legal solutions.


The Role:

Their looking for an
Account Manager who is experienced supporting clients' needs and ensuring client satisfaction. The role is offering £35,000.00 per year.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that the clients are contacted and visited on a regular basis and provided with reports to monitor performance
  • Understanding client requirements, following up any enquires in order to make sure expectations are managed and met
  • Offering service support and delivering training when required
  • Working closely with the clients to identify opportunities for upselling additional services that can add value.
  • Keeping up to date with the current market, so that you can support the clients with challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintaining a CRM database of your customers
  • Working closely with Operations, the Sales Director and Business Development Managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Account management
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Field sales
  • Minimum of 4 years+ customer service /sales background
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business intelligence and business acumen
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
