Main purpose of job:
_Provide a responsive and approachable "front of house" function, acting as the first point of contact. Also, provide assistance to the marketing and service acquisition department with administration support._

Main duties
- _Manage inbound calls to the office lines and pass on any relevant calls/messages to the wider team_
- _Office organisation - including shared areas, meeting rooms and lobby area_
- _Ordering office supplies_
- _Provide facilities management for office-based systems such as telephones and printers_
- _Handle incoming and outgoing post_
- _Document management and archiving_
- _Welcome visitors and direct to appropriate staff_
- _Support marketing and service acquisition department with administrative tasks_
- _Help put together marketing campaigns_
- _Carrying out secretarial tasks for the Directors_
- _Managing Meeting room diaries_
- _Dealing with website enquiries_
- _Ad-hoc administrative tasks_
