Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Game Economy a must
- 4+ years experience in the gaming industry must
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
- Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends
- An Excel Expert
- Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
- SQL / Python knowledge advantage
- Passion for games
Role:
- Design Monitor and balance the game economy and features to drive players engagement
- Create and analyze pricing funnels to increase IAP share of wallet
- Identify areas where sinks/sources should be tightened or loosened to maximize engagement, retention and revenue
- Conducting AB tests of different economy strategies that can help improve our games' LTV
- Collaborate with our Data/BI teams in designing economy reports, user segmentations and dashboards to allow all stakeholders to be aware of the current status in our games economy and the valuable KPIs around this activity
- Collaborate with Product teams and Game Developers on designing new and existing features to improve player satisfaction and provide additional Monetization opportunities
- Work closely with multiple teams such as Product Monetization, Data analysts, R&D, User acquisition and Game Designers
