Residential Property Manager

If you have a good customer service experience and would like to develop a career in th4e world of property then this Residential Property Manager position will be ideal for you.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting with co-ordinating in the letting of residential property in the local area
  • Liaising with Landlords and providing advice and guidance on the letting service provided
  • Meeting with Landlords to inspect properties and advice on the current rental value
  • Selecting responsible, reliable tenants for properties and arranging property viewings
  • Showing potential tenants around properties and agreeing rental terms with landlords
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, completing inventories and obtaining credit references for tenants
