Join an established Main Contractor in Virginia Water, Surrey, specializing in High-End Residential projects. 2Seck Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate should have experience in High-End Residential projects with recognized Main Contractors in this area. Working for a company recognized for its timely and budget-friendly project deliveries, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining their high standard.

Responsibilities include contract preparation, cost analysis, payment arrangement for contractors, work allocation, site visits, and client relationship management.

  • Commercially astute
  • Keen to maximize financial returns
  • Can work closely with the project team
  • Familiar with JCT contracts
  • Strong cost management skills
  • Build successful relations with suppliers and clients
  • Can commute to Virginia Water on a daily basis
  • Must have experience with Residential Projects
  • Ideally has experience with Super-prime Residential Projects

This position offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 p.a. plus negotiable benefits based on experience.
