What you'll do as an Apprentice Chef

In this role, you will work towards obtaining a Level 2 Commis Chef qualification through umbrella Training. A genuine passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn are essential. Prior kitchen experience is advantageous.

Your Responsibilities as an Apprentice Chef

• Take pride in maintaining high standards of work as per the instructions of the chef team and Head Chef
• Prepare, cook, and serve assigned dishes with a focus on ensuring top-notch quality and presentation standards are consistently met
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to uphold the hotel's commitment to being a leader in luxury hospitality
• Be available for various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements for the Apprentice Chef role

• Demonstrated passion for food and a flair for crafting delicious dishes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Effective communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Flexibility in working hours, covering early and late shifts on a 5-day rota that includes weekends and bank holidays
