BSNI is working with a leading distribution company that is recruiting a warehouse administrator for their site in Mallusk:

Hours of work: 30hrs per week between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday

Duties:

  • Data entry
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
  • Working in the warehouse when required
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Customer service
  • Organize and maintain warehouse space for optimal efficiency
  • Working along side administrators
  • Assist in picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse / admin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft admin
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of stock control principles and inventory management
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labour as required
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, suppliers, and carriers

Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
£11.20-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
