Your Role:


As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be a key player in driving recruitment success and delivering top talent to our clients.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs.

Talent Acquisition: Utilize your network and various sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.

Candidate Management: Provide expert guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, providing valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.

Mentorship and Leadership: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
