Join a Well-Established Company in Notting Hill specializing in Landscape Architecture. This role entails creating stunning outdoor spaces for private and commercial clients across the country and abroad. The team is known for designing unique and immersive landscapes that perfectly blend aesthetics with functionality.

With over three decades of experience, this company, comprised of approximately 40 professionals, is highly regarded for their innovative garden designs. They strive to innovate, working closely with clients to establish a deep connection with nature.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the senior design team on various projects, ranging from large commercial developments to high-end residential landscapes
  • Take the lead on multi-disciplinary projects, overseeing them from inception to completion with guidance from the Associate Design Director
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and engage with potential clients effectively
  • Transform design briefs into well-thought-out concepts
  • Create technical drawings, schedules, and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site
  • Participate in site visits and client meetings, documenting and addressing action points
  • Source materials and manage supplier relationships
  • Handle general office tasks, such as managing studio resources and maintaining precise timesheets
  • Ensure compliance with CDM 15 regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hold a Landscape Architecture degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate strong creativity, proactiveness, and exceptional communication skills
  • Possess proficient knowledge of 2D and 3D VWX/AutoCAD, along with a solid grasp of Excel
  • Experience in collaborating within multi-disciplinary design teams, particularly on complex urban projects, with expertise in managing project information sharing
  • Show interest in expanding plant knowledge
  • Be highly organized, capable of managing workload efficiently, and punctual
  • Have a good understanding of hard landscaping and construction detailing
  • Some experience in working on residential landscape projects
  • Ability to create high-quality visuals using Photoshop and 3D rendering software
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and professional environment.
