Caretaker Vacancy - Permanent full time Position

Salary:
£21,575 to £22,369 per annum (£11.18 to £11.60 per hour)

Hours:
Full time 37 hours per week/all-year-round contract

Split shift working pattern:
Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m a.m. and

2.30 p.m p.m. each day.

(less 30 mins reduction per week by mutual arrangement with your Line Manager).

Eden Park Primary & Nursery School in Brixham, has an exciting opportunity for a permanent

full time Caretaker to join our school team.

The main responsibilities of the post include the opening and closing of the site each day,

(hence requiring a split shift working pattern); site security and general maintenance and

repair tasks. The main work base will be at Eden Park but the postholder will may also be

required to work across the other schools in the Trust to cover absence of other members

of the premises team and during the school holidays to undertake general improvement

tasks.
