The role of Account Director is to join their ever expanding team for one of their largest fmcg clients.


As an Account Director at this agency, you will play an integral part by representing thencompany through faultless account management and client services.


Working as a team leader for Account Managers, you will be responsible fornensuring major clients receive the best service for all projects.


You will lead the day to day tasks of assigned client's business, whilst looking ahead tonplan resource and identify opportunities of future growth and where to add value.


You will have the ability to evaluate and adapt to changing situations and be agile withnresponses, with the ability to have difficult conversations without escalation and withnconstant levels of professionalism.


The role will see you work within the creative project management team and forge anrelationship with your peers, ensuring you all work together to enable thoroughnunderstanding of procedures and processes.


Duties and Responsibilities of Account Director:


Managing of account P&L across projects that are being run by the whole teamnProduction of Cost Estimates and POs for clients and suppliers.nRegular email communication to clients, ensuring they are kept informed at allntimes throughout the project.nMonitoring performance of team members and running regular reviews for theirndevelopmentnDevelopment of the team helping them to grow, learn and improvenOverseeing process within the team and evaluating ways of workingnClient relationship development, developing strong ties with key clientnstakeholders in the accounts that you direct and ensure that the agency isndelivering against their goals and objectives.

nProduction of client presentation documents throughout various stages of thenprojects and ability to present these to clients in person or via video callInstallations and Fit-Outs:

nAttending installations for large scale projects, both in the UK, Europe and ROW.nActing as Site Project Manager when on site, representing the company at allntimes and ensuring Health & Safety procedures are being followed and being onnhand to ensure all is going to plan.nPreparing neat, thorough and clear presentations for the client following ansuccessful installation.


As Account Director:


Experienced within an advertising agency, working on TV and integrated led project/account management role.nHave significant client-facing experience with the ability to constantly engage withnclients and suppliers, being extremely personable throughout.nHave proven record of successfully leading profitable projects with high profile clientsnA strong proven ability to grow and expand both new and existing business.nEngaging and nurturing managerial skills and be a confident team leadernIdeally have design and build knowledge, understanding of materials and technicalndrawings.nHave a passion for branding and retail environments with an understanding of thenconsumer experience.nBe creatively minded, being a person who loves to bring ideas to the table, showingnwillingness to input and add value wherever possible.
