Our Highways Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship is an 18-month program, this a learning experience that will develop your practical, technical and soft-skills with Health & Safety at the heart of everything you do.

On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will gain a Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative Level 2 qualification, a permanent opportunity and a long-term career awaits with Ringway.

About the Role

You will learn all of the skills necessary for highways maintenance through a combination of formal training and practical experience. You will work in a team alongside our highly experienced colleagues, and you will benefit from their knowledge and their support on a daily basis.
