This position is available with a mix of working remotely and in the office in Essex.

While having reinsurance background is a bonus, we are open to candidates with Insurance claims experience who show interest in transitioning to reinsurance.

We will need you to:
  • Manage a client portfolio, handling technical tasks for accounts, premiums, and claims
  • Assist in fund collection with Market Fiduciary
  • Handle various responsibilities like XOL post, brokerage receivables, e-trading, etc.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets
  • Contribute to training and troubleshooting within the reinsurance service processing

Requirements:
  • Insurance Claims experience and interest in entering the Reinsurance sector
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Effective workload management and expectation handling

Preferred Skills:
  • Reinsurance Claims experience
  • Excess of Loss (XOL) knowledge
  • Previous technical role in a Broker setting
  • Familiarity with London Market systems like ECF and LORS
