Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will provide support in a wide range of duties ranging from ensuring the CRM is updated and maintained, to ordering marketing stock and literature and handling general enquiries.
Key Duties:
- Regular and accurate updates to the company order book.
- Monitoring and ordering marketing stock and literature when required.
- Research & lead generation consistent with our target markets and associated criteria using a CRM.
- Database management, including accurate notes, good diary management and categorisation of sales leads.
- Assisting with regular online and offline campaigns collating all relevant outputs and statistics to ensure maximum effectiveness.
This role may suit a recent college leaver/university graduate OR a more experienced Administrator interested in joining a marketing team.
Required Skills:
- Basic IT skills are required including experience using the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience using SharePoint and any CRM software would be advantageous.
- High energy levels and excellent communication skills are imperative to this role.
- Good level of accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
- Polite and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A professional committed team player.
Extra Information:
- Fully office based
- Hours of Work 08:30 16:30 Monday
- Thursday, 07:30 15:30 on Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Holidays 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
