You'll work alongside Pharmacists, Technicians, and Assistants, all dedicated to providing excellent care. This team operates within the new Oak Cancer Centre, a cutting-edge facility for groundbreaking cancer research and treatment.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct duties related to the clinical trials service following regulations and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with UK Clinical Trial Regulations and maintain high-quality service standards
- Coordinate and set up new clinical trials, working closely with Research Nurses
- Prepare pharmacy guides for clinical trials and ensure all procedures are in place
- Maintain accurate records and drug accountability

Requirements
Essential
- NVQ Level 3/BTEC in Pharmaceutical Science
- Registered pharmacy technician with GPhC
Desirable
ACPT qualification or willingness to undertake itCertified ICH-GCP trainingExperience in hospital pharmacy, oncology, and clinical trialsSkills in aseptic preparation, team leadership, and SOP writingSkills & Abilities
