Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Learn the art of sales by developing a deep understanding of our products, services, and value propositions. Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to deliver outstanding sales presentations, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell our offerings, ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize this knowledge to tailor sales strategies, identify new market segments, and drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions. Participate in team meetings, contribute fresh ideas, and actively engage in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and achieve collective success.

  • On-the-Job Training
Gain practical experience by shadowing experienced sales managers and working closely with seasoned professionals. Receive hands-on training in client meetings, presentations, proposal creation, and sales forecasting. Learn how to navigate objections, overcome challenges, and close deals effectively.
