  • Seeking a Maintenance Engineer, or possible Maintenance Fitter, to work within a well-established manufacturer.
  • Salary around £45,000 per year + Bonus + 5% Pension + Overtime payment
  • Mornings and Afternoons rotational shift pattern midweek. Hours are 6:00am to 2:15pm on mornings, and 3:20pm to 11:40pm on evenings Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with expertise in both mechanical and electrical areas to join our team. You will be in charge of diagnosing and fixing a variety of plant equipment. PLC familiarity would be advantageous on the electrical side. Part of a respected engineering group with an excellent facility. Well-organized with PPM procedures alongside reactive maintenance.

Salary:
Around £45,000 per year + Bonus + 5% Pension + Overtime payment.

This Maintenance Engineer position will be suitable for:

  • An experienced Maintenance Engineer with skills in Electrical and Mechanical aspects. Electrical inclination is preferred, but not compulsory.
  • Adaptable to work a rotating mornings / evening shift arrangement.
  • Enjoys dealing with various plant machinery and diversity in work.
  • PPM familiarity as there is minimal reactive maintenance involved in this role.

  • Handling electrical and mechanical maintenance duties – approximately evenly split.
  • Assisting the broader engineering team when needed. A collective team approach is essential, and we are seeking an individual who can continuously strive for maintenance enhancements.
  • Working independently during shifts. We require someone comfortable with minimal supervision.
