Description of Job/duties/requirements:

  • Perform reception/administrative duties in a friendly and cheerful manner, dealing with parents, children, visitors, external agencies etc
  • Record and maintain staff training records
  • Handle and bank cash
  • Raising official orders and preparing for authorisation
  • Assist in budget preparation and year end processes
  • Be able to use ScholarPack to maintain and report on pupil information
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Be willing to undertake some Health and Safety monitoring under the direction of the Business Manager
  • Administer school lunches and pupil attendance
  • Compose letters for visits and upload to website/maintain website calendar of events
  • Be able to upload assessment data to DfE Secure Access site.
  • Applicants should have a friendly, pleasant and professional manner, high level of literacy and numeracy skills, and commitment to ongoing personal development.
