As one of the largest & award winning Estate Agent's in the area, we are looking to recruit an
accompanied viewer & canvasser to join our busy pro-active team in Bourne.

An accompanied viewer is a key role within our office and is often spent showing prospective purchasers around their "dream home" in the Bourne area.

As a forward thinking agent their is no time to sit still.

When not conducting viewings, we will be targeting specific areas of the Town and surrounding Villages to leaflet drop with eye catching marketing material and promote the brand in a positive way.

This part time role will consist of approximately 7-14 hours per week with an element of flexibility on the days worked, however
every Saturday working between 9am - 4pm is an essential part of the role.

Day to day tasks will include..._

• Accompanying prospective purchasers around our available properties and showcasing the property in a positive & enthusiastic fashion.
• Delivering exceptional customer care you will be the face of Newton Fallowell
• Generating new business opportunities for the company.
• Communicating with the team effectively to keep them updated with client feedback.

We are looking for someone with a bubbly character to join our team with excellent time management skills and a real passion for property.

No experience necessary as full training will be provided; however, a knowledge of the property industry is advantageous.
