Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish authority over key accounts, holding regular client meetings to boost category growth and fortify partnerships.
  • Foster and sustain robust connections with crucial retail contacts to ensure effective teamwork and synchronization with brand strategies.
  • Employ market insights and data analysis to influence range and merchandising strategies in category evaluations, ensuring harmony with corporate goals.
  • Offer analytical backing in forming category schemes, utilizing data to pinpoint prospects and steer informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing departments to provide routine insights and aid in executing unified strategies.
  • Serve as an advocate for the client's category and consumer vision, both externally with retailers and internally within the organization, advocating for creative resolutions and pushing for ongoing enhancements.

About You:

  • Demonstrated expertise in a comparable role in the food or FMCG sector, with a proven history of boosting category growth and forging fruitful partnerships.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the knack for deciphering data and transforming insights into actionable tactics.
  • Proficient communication and people skills, with the capacity to sway stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to troublesolving and decision-making.
