Are you passionate about skincare and Elemis products? Join us as a Skincare Specialist at Elemis, an exciting and innovative British brand in the spa and skincare industry

Your role will involve driving sales of Elemis treatments and products, increasing brand awareness, and maintaining high company standards.

Contract Type: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days

What Will You Do?Sales
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets
  • Raise brand awareness and educate clients
  • Participate in promotional activities
  • Assist in recording sales figures and stock levels
Customer Service
  • Deliver treatments to a high standard
  • Prescribe appropriate products and treatments
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
  • Maintain client confidentiality
The Perfect Candidate:
  • Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum
  • CIDESCO certificate highly desirable
  • Experience in retail or similar industry
  • Proven sales record
  • Practical treatment experience
  • Previous work with professional brands
