The main duties of the role will include:
- Providing ongoing support within the accounts and credit control teams.
- Uploading relevant information onto the CRM systems and sending confirmations.
- Working closely in a team dynamic to achieve daily goals.
- Using a large variety of CRM systems including Excel and Sage.
- Dealing with queries in an efficient manner.
