QA are excited to be working in partnership with AXA Health, supporting the launch of their 2023 digital and data apprenticeship intake.

QA are excited to be launching our Level 4 Software Developer Apprenticeship programme within the Digital and Data area of AXA Health.

As part of AXA Health's digital transformation, you will be supported by, and work alongside, experienced test engineers to learn the skills and best practice methods to improve the quality of AXA Health's software delivery.

To supplement your learning, you'll work within an agile delivery team and work collaboratively with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Product Engineers & Test Automation Engineers to design and deliver quality solutions that help AXA Health realise their Digital transformation ambitions.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Learn programming languages such as JavaScript
  • Learn to write software that creates automated tests
  • Work with the latest test automation frameworks e.g., Playwright, Provar etc.
  • Learn the full software delivery lifecycle process and how testing and quality assurance is a key part of it
  • Become familiar with the distinct types of testing such as automation testing, manual testing, integration testing, exploratory testing, and nonfunctional testing e.g., performance and security testing
  • Work with agile delivery teams in several key technologies such as Salesforce, React and React Native.

Interview dates:

Interviews and assessments will commence in April/May with positions starting in September 2023. AXA will communicate with any successful applicants.
