The Role:
The Fabric Technician will be joining a part of a larger team of mobile multi skilled engineers covering commerical offices and retail stores carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on any general fabric, small installation projects, servicing, and repairs.
Main Duties:
As a Fabric Technician, you'll be an integral part of our maintenance crew, ensuring that any general fabric maintenance is completeda and no two days are the same.
Here's what you can expect:
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled fabric inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair plumbing malfunctions, making necessary upgrades and replacements as required.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and answering their fabric questions.
- Completing legionella checks including water temperature checks and tap flushing.
