You would be joining a high-quality homecare provider to older adults in the local community.
Rather than deliver high volumes of care packages they want to grow slowly and ensure that quality is their key focus.
With a fantastic recruitment campaign in place, they have enough Care Assistants with more awaiting start date.As their Registered Manager, you will have experience in the homecare/domiciliary care sector.
You will be driven, customer focussed and someone who enjoys speaking to clients and taking on new care packages with passion for the providing the very best care.
With the support of the owner, 2 x Care Coordinator and 3 Supervisors who also carry out assessments you have a ready-made team waiting for a manager to lead and inspire them.
