About the Role:


As a Business Lecturer, you will be a key member of our dynamic and dedicated team, responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lectures to our enthusiastic cohort of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they are aligned with industry trends and best practices.

  • Provide personalized guidance and mentoring to students, supporting their academic progress and career development.
  • Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A master's degree (or higher) in a relevant business discipline.
  • A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring the effective delivery of lessons and assessment processes.
  • Industry experience or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
