Neighbourhood Officer

Salary: £35,986.59 per annum
Location: Harrogate/Selby (agile working)

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a secure, peaceful, and attractive living environment in your designated patch area.
  • Deal with environmental issues and address tenancy breaches effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance community cohesion through the Neighbourhood Offer program.
  • Lead efforts in neighbourhood and tenancy management in Harrogate & Selby.

Requirements:
  • Relevant housing experience.
  • Capability to independently solve complex problems.
  • Understanding of estate management, health, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to meet performance standards and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Professional qualification or willingness to obtain CIH level 3.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance.
