Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner

Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate orders

Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Process payments and transactions accurately

Promote additional products and special promotions to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

£5.28-£10.42 per hour
