In this role, you will be a member of the Global Sales Enablement Content Team that is tasked with developing and delivering world class programs that enable PayPal's Sales organization to sell into top IR organizations.

Job Description:


In this role, you will be a member of the Global Sales Enablement Content Team that is tasked with developing and delivering world class programs that enable PayPal's Sales organization to sell into top IR organizations.

Key activities include:

  • Building custom RFP narratives and executive pitches which include writing RFP Q&A responses and collaborating across the business to produce the final deliverable approach.
  • Maintain library of relevant Q&A Pairs.
  • Identify innovative ways for improving the efficiency of the proposal process.
  • Manage RFP analysis, development and review of execution strategy, identification of proposal requirements, writing, proofing and production.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of company, product, industry and competitive landscape.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure deadline and requirements for each RFP are met.

Experience that sets you apart

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid Experience in technical writing and sales narrative value propositions
  • Extensive experience writing compelling Enterprise level proposals with demonstrated track record of proven results
  • Payments experience a plus
  • Experience using RFP templates and tools such as Loopio, Seismic, and Salesforce
  • Well organized; ability to multitask and possess excellent time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple RFP responses at one time
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under tight timelines
  • Ability to take ownership, prioritize and efficiently complete tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, both in writing and in project completion
  • Creative writing skills with the ability to craft a story from a strategy created by the sales leader
