National Living Wage rising after qualifying as a Bra Fitter plus staff discount.**We are an independent specialist bra fitting retailer stocking a range of beautiful lingerie brands such as Panache, Freya, Fantasie, Elomi catering for ladies from a 28 back size up to a KK Cup.

Our aim is to make a lady understand how her bra should fit her and offer a bra fitting 'experience'.

Over 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. We are specialists in giving our ladies the 'Perfect Fit' every time without using a tape measure.

THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to join our small sales team of specialist bra fitters.

Your main responsibilities will include greeting all customers in the shop and offering assistance for the fitting of lingerie in the fitting room.

You will also be expected to develop product knowledge of all our brands and help to maintain the upkeep of the shop and stock.

You'll be responsible for operating the till, handling cash and dealing with deliveries.

You'll be offering our customers the best possible service and product knowledge of our lingerie brands to assist them with product selection, as well as advice on our expert bra-fitting service.

It is envisaged you will initially start as a 'Retail Store Assistant' and progress to a 'Bra Fitter' after training, which can take several months.

You may also be required to undertake visual display merchandising, stock control and customer database marketing.

THE PERSON

We'll expect you to come from a retail background (although not essential) having worked in a customer facing sales role previously, carrying out the above duties.

You must be female and have a confident, lively manner.

You are required to be good with people and not be embarrassed about handling the female form as the role of a trainee bra fitter would involve being 'hands on' with our customers.

It's not a role for everyone - so we are looking for a special person that can deal intimately and professionally with our customers on a daily basis.

Bra fitting can be strenuous at times involving agility and stretching when we 'fit' our customers in the fitting rooms.

You should enjoy working in a small team and be a good team player.

You need to be professional and friendly and above all, you must have a passion for delivering high quality customer service.

You'll also need to be flexible with your hours and be available to work the 7 days of the weeks as our store has weekend, bank holiday and occasional late night opening hours.

Shifts will be done on a rota'd basis.

In return we can offer a permanent position (after qualifying a 3 month probation period), a living wage hourly rate progressing upwards once trained as a Bra Fitter.
