have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Transfer Guidance Team Leader.

Main Purpose:

  • Transferring out (retention of existing business)
  • Transferring in (conversion of additional business)
  • Paying additional contributions (conversion of additional business)
  • Retirement (conversion from a pension saving to a pension income solution)
Manage and optimise the performance of executives to achieve great customer and business outcomes through regular training and coaching including;

  • Monitoring the quality of calls in terms of process, engagement, tone, technical accuracy and compliance
  • Using MI to monitor performance as required.
The role will report to the Transfer Guidance Manager.

Skills & Experience:
Essential

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Numerate, analytical with good attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Organised and able to manage own workload

Key skills or experience:

  • CF1 & FA2 professional qualifications (or equivalent)

  • Understanding of the retirement solutions landscape and options available.
