About the Role As an AI Solutions Consultant, you'll be a key player in our sales process, offering essential pre-sales support to our Enterprise Sales teams. Your expertise in generative AI software will be vital in pinpointing the right use cases for our clients, ensuring not only closing sales but also laying the foundation for successful implementation and rollout. This individual contributor position requires a unique mix of technical know-how, sales acumen, and exceptional people skills to navigate the intricacies of Enterprise-level engagements and drive the value of our solutions home to potential clients.

As the Sr. AI Solutions Consultant, you will:
  • Become an expert in CoCounsel generative AI software, as well as use cases and workflows for this product
  • Collaborate closely with law firms to grasp their use cases and challenges, offering strategic guidance throughout their utilization of Thomson Reuters' software, including custom projects leveraging CoCounsel
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the firms and organizations you engage with
  • Team up with Customer Success to craft detailed workflows and adoption plans (both customized and scalable)
  • Identify fresh use case opportunities for CoCounsel and collaborate with our Product teams to assess their feasibility
  • Support the sales team with pre-sales assistance to identify needs and challenges in the prospective client's current processes and systems that could be addressed by generative AI and Thomson Reuters products
  • Supervise project management services for the execution of custom projects and integrations involving Casetext's software, including project and resource planning, communication strategies, risk assessment, obtaining necessary support from other departments, project budgeting, and business consulting
  • Prepare and deliver project presentations and status reports to prospects and clients
  • Generate and track all formal project communications to and from the customer, and disseminate relevant information to management and the project team as needed
About You
You hold a law degree or formal legal education and/or substantial experience collaborating with law firms and attorneys
  • Prior experience in transactional law is preferable
  • Extensive experience working with or for a large, top-tier law firm, particularly in a practice innovation or knowledge management capacity, is essential
  • Quick to grasp new technologies and unafraid to venture into uncharted territory
  • Customer-oriented, with a friendly and engaging demeanor
  • Possess creative and resourceful problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Excellent presenter and communicator who is articulate, passionate, and knowledgeable
