The role
PI Care is fast becoming one of the complex care providers of choice in Somerset.

As a valued member of the team, you will be supporting people in a variety of ways including short and long-term community care packages, a placement breakdown, or supporting the person to transition from a hospital to community setting.

What we look for from you

  • A Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 (or at least one year's care experience)
  • A genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of the people you support and their family members
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
  • Agility with the ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and punctuality
  • A warm, empathetic and enthusiastic personality
