It's a strong foundation and we're now looking for an ambitious analyst to drive our growth in the UK and beyond through the development of world-class customer retention strategies.

You will help us make smart, data-driven decisions that sustainably grow Raylo, by boosting our customer retention, leading commercial strategies and defining the long-term direction of our platform.

You'll work with the co-founders, finance, operations and product/engineering teams as your ideas help drive our product's core unit economics.

You'll be responsible for creating new, innovative retention strategies and then monitoring, optimising and refining them as we build a world-class product.

Your challenge will be to launch tests and use data to inform our strategy and build deeper customer relationships.

You'll work with our finance, operations and marketing teams to identify opportunities to boost customer retention and own end-to-end implementation of new strategies.

Testing offers to incentivise customers to upgrade to new devices

  • Building out monitoring and measurement to understand performance and double down on what's working well
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, powerBI)Startup/ScaleUp or Fintech experience
