About The Role
Reporting to the UK Head of VM & SD, our in-house Creative Artworker will be responsible for art-working print ready files and assisting the creation of campaign presentations and guidelines with the VM Executive and Managers.
As a Creative Artworker you will
Accountable for producing all creative assets, ensuring accuracy and precise attention to detail, always following global VM guidelinesnDesign and setup print-ready plate artwork to be used in all our distribution points across the UK, and maintain a plate database of artworknCreate visually engaging artworks for the UK Market whilst following Global VM Campaign guidelinesnEnsure CT brand guidelines are adhered to in all executionsnIn charge of coordinating up-to-date information from Marketing and Commercial teams and manage the version control of this to ensure UK VM are all aligned with global brand directionnCreate and manage an organised artwork filing system in team foldersnLiaise with the Marketing, Commercial, Global VM, Creative Agency to achieve effective and efficient design outcomesnFunction as an integral part of an agile creative team by assisting VM Managers in creating brand assets to be used in campaign launchesnAble to prioritise workload to ensure all design requests are provided in time of release and print deadlinesnCreative innovative, on-brand visual solutions to design problems across UK VM
Requirements
BA Hons in Visual Communication or relevant degreenMust be experienced in art-working print ready files from small scale to large OOHnMust be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency for Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & IllustratornMust have an excellent eye for detail and precisionnExcellent communication and organisation skillsnCapable prioritising and multitasking, with strong time management skillsnComfortable working to tight deadlinesnAbility to take instructions from others, as well as take on board constructive feedbacknBroad knowledge of various printing processes & techniques and experience creating print-ready artworknMust be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environmentnMust be a team player
