Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor to manage legal disrepair and litigation cases, and to address damp and mould issues in our client's properties.

Your expertise will ensure their homes remain safe, comfortable, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle legal disrepair and litigation cases efficiently and effectively.
Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose and resolve damp and mould issues.
Prepare detailed reports and specifications for remedial works.
Work closely with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing resident concerns promptly

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in managing legal disrepair and litigation cases.
Strong knowledge of diagnosing and resolving damp and mould issues.
Excellent report-writing and specification skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders.
A recognised building qualification or significant experience in a similar role
Full UK driving license
