On a day-to-day basis, this role involves constant interaction with the Project Coordination and Fabrication Management teams. This includes overseeing a project from its concept stage to delivery, within a dynamic and high-pressure production environment. Throughout this process, maintaining a focus on quality, budget, and timely delivery is paramount.

The nature of our industry is that working ad hoc additional hours, or out of normal working hours, can be expected as a normal function of this role.

Paid overtime, or time in lieu, is not provided for this. In depth training is provided as a core part of all new starters' induction.

Estimation of fabrication works.
Creatively providing cost saving or quality raising adjustments or alternatives to client briefs.
Establishing CPAs for works in collaboration with the Project and Fabrication Management teams.

Echo is a dynamic, busy company with a close working team and as such we sometimes require our employees to work on additional bespoke projects outside of their daily duties.

Follow Echo's sustainability policies and procedures. Excellent time management.
Experience in the graphics and creative production industry.
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and a quick learner in general operational software.

Ability to manage multiple projects of varying nature simultaneously.
