IPS Team Leader

Purpose


You will lead a team of IPS (Individual Placement Support) Employment Specialists on the South Yorkshire programme contract providing training, mentoring, supervision, and modelling of the IPS approach to promote quality services with the aim to meet targeted referrals, engagements, and outcomes.


They will communicate with key stakeholders including IAPT/Primary Care/JCP team leaders and other Partnership Managers to ensure services are integrated, to problem solve issues and to be a champion for the service.

The role will support the service manager in maximising service outcomes and works closely with the Working Win Programme Team.


Essential:

You will have:

  • Experience of managing remote working teams and performance management procedures (E)
  • Experience of internal (and external) partnership working (E)
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets (E)
  • Experience with improving systems and processes (E)
  • Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases (E)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively (E)
  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service skills (E)

Location:

You will lead the Doncaster team requiring you to be available to work across Doncaster on a regular basis.
