What you'll be doing:

  • Answering calls from brokers, customers & other business areas
  • Managing customer queries relating to policy renewals and making policy adjustments whilst on the phone
  • Taking premium payments
  • Responding to customers digitally
  • Adhering to the company's data protection policy, ensuring customer data is safeguarded at all times

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:


You'll work full time, 37.5 hours per week, on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, as this is when our contact centre is currently open.

You will however be contracted to a rotating shift pattern of between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturday's and 1 bank holiday a year.

You'll know well in advance the shift patterns you will be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.


Induction & Training:

You'll receive a comprehensive onsite induction from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role.

  • You'll have a friendly, approachable manner and be a great team player
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to help others and a strong willingness to learn


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
