This exclusive investment firm is expanding its team and seeking an enthusiastic PA/Assistant to contribute to its ongoing prosperity.
You will collaborate with another Assistant, engaging in various operational aspects such as HR, finance, and marketing. You will be required to work on-site for 5 days per week.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and trips
- Serving as the main contact for internal and external correspondence
- Handling emails and redirecting them accordingly
- Coordinating daily team lunches
- Communicating with suppliers for office supplies
- Supporting the CRM system, ensuring client data is current
- Aiding in the organization of company and client events, team gatherings, and off-site activities
- Managing vendor invoices and preparing expense statements
- Supporting HR in new employee induction, office wellness, and internal training
- Collaborating closely with other Assistants, distributing workload during busy periods
Your essential skills:
- Prior experience as a Team Assistant/PA in a financial or business environment
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Initiative, flexibility, and a friendly demeanor
- Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn rapidly
- Proficiency in technology – Strong command of MS Office
