Oracle HCM Specialist - Public Sector Client

Warwick 2 days per weeknRole DescriptionnThe employees will be responsible for the maintenance and support of ESR. Functional role predominantly with some technical ability required.

The following skills are required in addition to IT related skills:

Application knowledge of the client business process, Communication skills with end users, Understanding the end user issues/concerns; prioritizing issues for resolution, Address questions/issues raised by end users, Client IT individuals or help desk, Determine/resolve problems reported from end users, system operators & help desk.nRequired SkillsnOracle HCM experience (e.g Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, Oracle Workflow, OLM, Oracle BI, SQL)nProblem solving, investigative and analytical skillsnExperience working within application support teamnExposure to querying, manipulating and configuring SQLnKnowledge of a help desk system and managing service requests / incidents/ problemsnRespond to users within set service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's)nEstablish good working relationships with clients and project teamsnCustomer communication skills, both verbal and writtennProvide politically sensitive answers / solutions to issues as necessarynNegotiation and persuasion skillsnAbility to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levelsnNice to have skills.

nAn understanding of ITIL frameworknUK Payroll LegislationnExperience of working within the healthcare sector
