Als Financial Analyst ben je mede-eigenaar van de planning- en control cyclus binnen Kramp. Daarnaast ondersteun je de business met financiële analyses. Dit doe je samen met een team van Financial Analysts en Data Analytics specialisten. Je werkt daarnaast nauw samen met de Finance Business Partners en natuurlijk de business zelf We werken regelmatig met het team op kantoor in Varsseveld. We hebben een informele cultuur en zorgen ervoor dat jij je snel thuis voelt in ons team en binnen Kramp.
Je rapporteert aan de Financial Planning Manager en met het team zorgen jullie voor een verdere professionalisering van de FP&A afdeling binnen Kramp Groep.
Je maakt analyses en rapportages m.b.t. de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarcijfers (o.a. turnover, marges en opex analyses)
Je helpt mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van de Planning en Control-cyclus, waarvan budgettering en forecast accuracy een belangrijk onderdeel vormen
Je ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en verbetert relevante managementinformatie en sturingsmodellen
Je werkt actief mee aan het automatiseren en standaardiseren van rapportages en het creëren van dashboards voor zowel finance als de business
Je draait mee in diverse verbeterprojecten en initiatieven
Je denkt mee over strategische analyses en KPI performance indexen
Wie ben jij?
Je kunt goed omgaan met gesprekspartners op verschillende niveaus in de organisatie. Je bent gericht op samenwerken, zowel met de business als met je directe finance collega's. Je kunt hoofd- en bijzaken goed scheiden en je komt tot weloverwogen, onderbouwde beoordelingen. Je digitale vaardigheden wil je graag verder ontwikkelen. Verder breng je mee:
~ een Master in de richting van Finance/ Bedrijfskunde
~3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een commerciële organisatie
~ analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
~ ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
~ eigenaarschap en initiatief
~ goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
