An excellent opportunity to join a well established firm, to undertake payroll and HR administrative duties supporting the HR/Payroll Manager flexible working available.


HR Administration:

  • Process new starters and leavers including producing employment contracts, reference requests and induction packs.
  • Process changes associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and data cleanse of information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Assist Operations Managers with recruitment and ensure safer recruitment practices are met.
  • Support the administration of annual pay review, and HR statistic reports as required.
  • Maintain the HR database including sickness absence and holidays.
  • Support the Operation Managers with general HR advice and supporting documentation.

Payroll:

  • Assist with the process of the monthly payroll including statutory year end returns and P60s.
  • Assist to deal with employee salary and payroll queries.
  • Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
  • Assist with entering variable overtime and pay adjustments for time off.
  • Chase line managers for missing information as required.
  • Collate monthly timesheets as required and process accordingly.
