Band 5 Senior Admin Lead - Children's Looked After & Community Paediatrics


We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager for our Children's Looked After & Community Paediatrics administration team, who are pivotal team members in supporting the work to help improve health outcomes.

The team work together with medics and clinicians to ensure the admin processes run smoothly.

We need you to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service to the team.

You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality, the implications of GDPR and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis; including supervising and supporting staff in complex administrative functions and developing and delivering administrative service changes.


Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.


Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.


This role will require close liaison between Children's Physical Services and Designated health professionals, young people, parents/foster carers, Social Care teams, Primary Health Care Teams and other allied health & care professionals occurs.

This will also include close liaison with the Local Authority.


Supports the administrative tasks for all Health and Social Care staff involved with children and young people who are Looked After in Coventry and those placed out of City.

Ensures processes are in place to provide co-ordination of the relevant health information required to ensure Children Looked After and young people are assessed appropriately and within statutory timescales


To ensure service delivery is supported by an effective and efficient admin and clerical support function across the Children Looked After, Adoption and other Community Paediatric service, working with other Paybody administrative staff.
