Our client is a growing accountancy practice, based in Norfolk. They now have an opportunity for a Practice Manager to join the business to help run a range of internal and client-facing projects, as well as managing regular and annual company processesand commitments.

About the role
This role would suit an experienced manager, looking to take a central role in a growing business.

The Practice Manager will lead on a number of day-to-day internal activities within the firm, as well as running client payment, technology and money launderingprocesses.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Taking the lead on a digital system for MTD deadlines, including client onboarding and replacing paper filing;
  • Managing client direct debt set up and antimoney laundering checks;
  • Liaising with stakeholders outside of the business, including suppliers, credit control and outsourced accounts;
  • Providing updates to senior management in writing and at inperson meetings;
  • Undertaking annual and salary reviews for the team, as well as managing annual leave and training needs;
  • Create and maintain social media for the practice.

The person will be confident in communicating with clients where needed, as well as providing ideas and updates to the senior management team.
