Position:
Store Manager at Sweet Affairs Shop (Southall) Ltd

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to boost sales and enhance efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and make critical decisions regarding stock management
- Analyze sales data and predict future trends
- Interpret trends to aid in strategic planning
- Conduct or coordinate training sessions
- Ensure adherence to quality, customer service, and safety standards
- Address safety, legal, and security issues
