The role and what you'll be doing


The Research and Campaigns Coordinator will support Citizens Advice Gateshead to identify, understand and raise the profile of key social welfare challenges that Gateshead residents are facing, and issues that the current support system either doesn't recognise, or effectively address.

Working alongside the Strategy and Research Manager you will plan and execute internal and external research projects. You will support and develop and coordinate the volunteer-led Research & Campaigns team.

You will coordinate local campaing initiatives and be the face of Citizens Advice Gateshead in local, regional and national Research & Campaign Events.
