The Asset Management & Financial Institutions Client Onboarding Service sits within the Global Client Services team under the CLM function in SLB, which itself is part of global CLM domain and governance in Pre and Post trade services.

This role resides within Santander London Branch (Non-Ring-Fenced branch of Santander Corporate Investment Bank in the UK SCIB).

The difference you'll make.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with premier Asset/Investment/Hedge Fund Manager Clients
  • Being the single point of contact for escalations and Client/Business questions and queries
  • Providing updates for and representing Santander at external Broker review meetings
  • Delivering consistent client experience (e.g., provide Client updates/feedback and ensure complaints are captured and formally managed)
  • Updating management on various onboarding projects and providing support to KYC, Credit Risk, Legal and Operations stakeholders
  • Creating detailed requirements documents for Clients (product coverage, governing documentation, disclosure of information, etc.)

What you'll bring.

  • Strong understanding of Asset managers / Funds / Hedge Funds Collective Investment Funds operating practices, has worked in a Markets front office or support environment, i.e. Middle office / operations or has a Settlements background.
  • An Asset Management SME in Financial Services with a sustained record of success

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements across product classes

What else you need to know.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Triton Square London with flexibility for some home working.
