We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Business Analyst to join our Business Change Division. In this position you will act as an adviser to the business, analysing business requirements in a business change environment.
The role will focus on business analysis within projects, helping to craft and evolve SJP over time. We are looking for someone with a business aptitude and you will have key skills managing stakeholder relationships and business analytics.

What you'll be doing?
Communicating and reporting effectively within Programmes Providing support to the project including participating in workshops, owning requirements elicitation and other relevant project artifacts. Ensuring the quality of the work produced meets the necessary standards and that solutions and outcomes are completed in a timely manner. Working effectively with your collaborators, conducting investigations, and assuring the feasibility of proposed solutions. Handling key relationships within projects and ensuring that perspectives are identified and analysedWho are we looking for?
A good understanding of different development approaches such as Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Good analytical skills and have experience in applying Business Analysis techniques throughout a project. An open strong communicator who can converse with people within the business on a range of subjects Able to quickly understand new topics and be able to form, articulate and support an opinion based on the information available at the time Able to establish relationships, contributing to an open culture and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds and teamsWhat's in it for you?
